Authorization holds

Some banks place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order. This is not a charge. If your order is canceled or the authorization expires, the hold will typically be released automatically by your bank. Timing depends on your bank.

GST, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, try:

  • La Luna Melbourne cannot override bank declines.

Cancellations and refunds
